- A cellar: "LA ROQUE" - producing exclusively AOC BANDOL wines - built in an old mill and gathering more than 200 hectares of vineyards, spread over the entire six districts of the appellation:La Cadière d'Azur, le Castellet, St-Cyr, le Beausset, Ollioules and Sanary .

 

CUVEE CELEBRE
Elaborated with 4 to 15 year-old grapes. Supple, round and harmonious wine that is an excellent accompaniment to meals.

RESERVE ROYALE
Elaborated with grapes having an average age of 15 to 25 years. An intense, thick, and ample wine with good tannic structure.

CUVEE IMPERIALE
Careful selection of old grapes, maturation in new barrels and mourvèdre proportion of up to 80% for reds. A PRESTIGIOUS WINE.

- Supple and fruity rosé. Coming from low-yielding vines, it is obtained through a short maceration of the grapes before pressing.
- Excellent with fish, grilled meat, and delicatessen meats.

- Red: Very complex aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, violet, cloves and dark chocolate. Intense ruby-red color with purple highlights. Silky tannin and a long aftertaste. Prestigious wine that ages well and graces the finest French table.
- Is a remarkable accompaniment for beef ribs, venison, pheasant, duck, and cheese.
- BEST SERVED at 18º C.
- Grapes: carefully elaborated mix, constituted of 80% mourvèdre matured for eighteen months in new oak barrels, 10% cinsault and 10% grenache in oak tuns. 3/4: 0.75 L. 1/2: 0.375 L.
