MONITORING
AND CONTROLLING THE VINEYARD
The
vineyard is cared for shortly after the harvests. Mineral fertilizers
and composts enrich the soil without resorting to any chemical contribution.
Paling is done in "Cordon de Royat", short size pruning, with two shoots
per carrier, offers perfect aeration of the vine and maximum sun exposure
for the grape. Viti-oeno technicians, from the beginning of spring until
harvests, inspect the vineyard's evolution (verification, clearing, pollarding
and nipping of buds). The crop is limited to 40 Hl/ha. It is of a superior
quality.
